Loooooove in Meankitty's Extended Family
As a supplement to Looooove Cats, the 2006 Valentine's Day page, here's are some images of Meankitty and Big D caught in the act of NOT being mean! First, a montage of Meankitty and Big D's semi-loving relationship:
It's pretty amazing, considering what a pain in the toot Meankitty in particular is most of the time. Even the world's most patient human male in the world, Food Slave, is getting fed up with her pestery, annoying ways. However, she is not one for whupping up on Big D. Which is a joke because he outweighs her by 10 lbs. She does all her whupping on the Rats (past tense) and the slaves, though Pink Thing doesn't often suffer the wrath for some reason.
[MK's Note: That's because I employ subtle mental torture and revenge upon Pink Thing instead of the more obvious physical beat-downs. I prefer sophistication to brutality.]
Another shot of this pure, pure love relationship. They always lounge around like this! It's odd.

And a third shot, taken a few days before this page was posted, though it looks a little like Big D might be trying to suffocate Meankitty. And these photos, of course, do not even begin to encapsulate the intense love Big D feels for fuzzy blankets and Meankitty when he can catch her. Let's just say when he got neutered maybe it didn't take.

This is baby Meankitty developing a looooooooove for inappropriate foodstuffs and learning what "sugar high" means.
And now for a Very Special Poem.
If you follow this site at all, you may have picked up on the fact that Meankitty and Big D live with a little booger named Pink Thing and that Typing Slave is about to produce yet another little booger, who does not yet have a moniker. Anyway, Big D in particular is excited about this addition to the household because he looooooooves tiny human slaves! Here is a little poem about Big D and how he feels about human babies....
 He loves to cuddle in their seats... |
 He loves smell their little feets... |
 He loves to play and hide from them... |
 He loves to take a ride with them.... |
 He loves to chase a ball with them.... |
 He loves to bump the wall with them. |
 For baby slaves he will be tame.... |
 For baby slaves he will be maimed... |
 A baby gives massages true... |
 And he can't wait for number two! |
[MK's Note: If this doesn't prove to you what an incredibly odd wussy puss Big D is, nothing will. I don't know why I put up with him sometimes. Well, he is handy when Tom and Marris start bugging me. And there's the whole backside warmer.]
