What makes Toby so mean?

This is Toby from Texas. He is VERY mean. He hates ALL kids, except for my 9 year old son. He likes to attack my son's friends who come over. They are too scared to come over anymore.

He is also very silly. He likes to run around and chase air. He likes to hide behind doors and attack whomever walks by. Oh, yeah, he hates most adults too.
