What makes Sophy so mean?

Besides being the world's WORST cat?  Sophy was a former dumpster kitty so she was crazy for food, any food. When she was a kitten we had to eat in the loft so she wouldn't attack us. Then, when she learned to climb up the ladder, we would take our delicious Mac and Cheese out on the porch.  It was the only place we could be safe.  

Now that she is grown, she loves to be around people but growls if you touch her, get close to her or look at her funny.  Oh, and she eats corn on the cob and asparagus, but that's not mean, that's just weird.

Here she is after thoroughly beating up a child's toy as well as a close up so you can see the psychotic look in her eyes.
