What makes Muffin so mean?

This is Muffin on her chair.  She doesn't like to be touched unless Coco (her mother) is getting petted. Then she will force herself in between Coco and the petting person, even if she has to sit on Coco.

Muffin lays on her back, stretches out her legs, and meows so you will pet her stomach. Then she quickly bites your hand. She will do this as many times as you are willing to be bitten.

If you are on the computer and ignore her, she pushes your papers off the desk onto the floor. If you are trying to sleep she will run into the room, jump on the bed, meow, jump down, run out of the room and repeat this cycle several times. When she walks she is able to stomp her feet so loud that she sounds big and heavy.
