What makes Mr. Kitty so mean?
We adopted Mr. Kitty when he was very young from a couple of
psychologists when their cat had a litter. They say that
children of shrinks are some of the most messed-up. Well, I
say that this theory can be safely extended beyond the
family to their pets. Mr. Kitty is not well in the head. He
needs help. I think he's trying to kill me.
Favorite Pastimes Include: smashing things, tearing
things, biting things, biting strangers, biting nosy
landlords [I didn't say he was without his redeeming
qualities], clawing people, wanton acts of destructive
leaping onto delicate regions of the male anatomy, pouncing
on pregnant women's stomachs, sleeping on owners' faces,
burying articles of clothing in litter box, escaping and
returning days later with fighting wounds requiring hundreds
of dollars of vet expenses.
