What makes Mr. Cat so mean?

This is Mr. Cat. Mr. Cat's hobbies include hunting passersby, sharpening claws on humans, and long, moonlight stalks on the beach. Mr. Cat has been known to drag away small raccoons and has recently been voted "most likely to eat your mailbox" . Mr. Cat wishes to apologize for recent charges of inciting a riot, and promises never to attack a tuna truck again.
