We adopted and rescued Love Muffin all the way from Arizona
from Catster. She loves her daddy, my husband, and cuddles with
him...Me, "foodlady", she uses as the toy that she bites and
hisses and kicks at!
We have a game called "speak to the hand". I don't even need
to use my hand as a signal for her to start meowing, she knows
the word "speak" and starts her yowling routine. We need to tape
it. We don't have a camcorder yet.
When I go "goochie goochie" under her neck when I play like I
am tickling her, she does makes a nasty face! Since she don't
ever pin her ears back, I hope it's just a "meankitty" game.
We have five other cats, three manx sisters, one with spina
bifida. We have to make sure that Muffin doesn't try to
bully her. In Muffin's previous home, there were big dogs she
used to wrestle with, so she likes rough play; my other cats,
especially Sasha, the handicapped one, don't appreciate it.
Even with her nasty attitude, we grew to really love her. I
pretend and threaten and talk to her about "declawing" and she
seems to understand...she will repent for awhile and behave!
