What makes Lobo so mean?

His real name is Lobo (in Cundian dialect - he who rips out your entrails and thoroughly enjoys eating them). We also call him Jaws because, at his heaviest, he weighs 25 pounds. He will not let his companion, the beautiful Tomiko, eat the canned food. He gobbles it down and pushes her out of the way. We also call him the Dark Prince. He goes up to his companion, loves on her a little, and then viciously attacks her. He refuses to let her relax in my lap.
