What makes Josie so mean?

Josie is my suitemate's cat. The ASPCA told her that Josie's previous owner spoiled her quite a bit. After getting Josie, Autumn went back to school for the summer session, and Autumn's mom commenced to fattening Josie up.

When we got her, she was quite tubby, so we put her on a diet. She quickly trained my roommate Liz to feed her whenever she meowed. It was a long and difficult process to break Liz of that. When her diet was fully implemented, she began to hide food behind doors so each room mate would think she had not been fed.

When we had to leave New Orleans for hurricanes, we had to stuff Josie into a cat carrier. Believe you me, that was not fun. I have the scars to prove it.

Josie's other hobbies include:

Attacking pant legs, attacking the evil hemp monster, sleeping, begging for food, and attacking Liz's boyfriend
