What makes Josie so mean?

Josie was adopted from the ASPCA six years ago. Since then she has kicked out two dogs and is working on kicking out the new cat living with her. She rarely meows unless she is hungry; instead she is constantly growling. She hates strangers and other animals. When the doorbell rings, she hides under the bed or in the closet. If you try to pull her out, she starts clawing and scratching. She enjoys sitting on the dresser like a statue and staring at you for hours. Another hobby is sitting on your head while you sleep and chewing your hair/kicking your head if you don't move from the pillow for her to nap on. She has no interest in expensive cat toys or anything you buy at the store, she'd rather lick plastic bags.
