What makes Gilda so mean?

Gilda hates my dogs. She is jealous of their weblog and doesn't like to read their drivel. Chigger thinks she is an art critic and Woody blogs constantly even though he can't spell. 

I think she is working on a major terrorist strike against them. Before they came, she went hiking with me, but now I only take the dogs. She is restricted to the couch and the Web. Well, I guess I can understand why she is so mean when I put it that way!
