What makes Draco so mean?

This is Draco. He's my mean kitty. Draco likes to wake me up a few times every night by knocking over things in my room. He does this specifically to wake me up, because he only goes through my bedroom doing this when I'm sleeping. He's also learned to open the hamster's cage by prying it open with his teeth (he's showing off one razor sharp fang in the photo). 

He's a jealous kitty as well. When my boyfriend bought me roses, he would wait to tip them over when I was in the room so that I could see his act of spite. He did this multiple times.
