Damita was adopted into our family about a year ago after she was abandoned by her former owner at the animal clinic I work at. There was obviously a good reason for her abandonment.

Damita's favorite hobbies are lying under the TV making sure all things are going as she sees fit, eating more than her fair share of kitty nibbles (leaving little for her brother and sister cats), screeching like an old banshee when she is touched or looked at, and most of all, pooping RIGHT IN FRONT of the litter box if it is not 100% clean. Since I work for a vet, any medical problems that could cause her to do this were quickly ruled out, and it has since been labeled "a behavior issue".

Since arriving, she has become the star attraction of the house, and even though we may not understand or enjoy her strange habits, she is the Queen, and she makes sure we are most unhappy when we don't respect her royalty!
