What makes Rainy so mean?

Clio is affectionately called The Monster. If it has wings or hops and winds up in the back yard. Watch out for The Monster! She purrs like a semi going 80 at 5 am, thinks the counter tops are her sofa, and will meow her brains out until you let her outside. Oh, she is missing her front claws, but it doesn't seem to stop her from being a mean kitty.
