Caspar is
an Abyssinian cross and the only boy (cat)
in our household. He seems to try and
make up for this fact by peeing on
everything! His favourite places to whiz are
the toaster and the kettle. Once he peed on
my brother as he sat on the floor.
Caspar can't catch
birds, so for a dreadful 2 months he hunted
our neighbor's entire family of guinea pigs.
He (of course) brought all the bodies back
here to give as a gift to his mummy.
To get our attention
he goes into the bathroom, sits behind the
toilet and howls like a banshee, knowing in
that room his voice is amplified all over
the house. He is completely devoted to me(!)
and to show how much he loves his slave, he
digs his claws into my shoulders until I
bleed and then adds insult to injury by
drooling on the wounds.
Caspar catches insects
and puts them under my door to get me to let
him in. He also chews the electrical cords,
attacks all the other cats and dogs, climbs
into prams and strollers (after first
evicting the children!), and collects the
neighbor's clothes pegs, toys, food etc. The
list goes on and on!
